1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you engage HiRush for recruitment services, the signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement between us governs that engagement and prevails over these general terms where they conflict. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our services

HiRush provides recruitment-related services including dedicated talent sourcing, hybrid and full-cycle recruiting, dedicated recruitment pods, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) support. The scope, delivery model and pricing of each engagement are described in the applicable proposal or agreement and on our Pricing page.

We may adapt the tools, channels and workflows we use to fit your existing systems and processes, subject to the terms of the engagement.

3. Pricing, invoices and payment

• Prices shown on this website are starting prices for standard requirements and may vary with role complexity, volume, team structure, seniority, working hours and additional requirements.
• Custom scopes are quoted in writing before work begins.
• Unless agreed otherwise, fees are billed monthly in advance and payable within the terms stated on the invoice.
• Taxes, duties and bank charges, where applicable, are the client’s responsibility.
• Late payment may pause work on an engagement after written notice.

4. Client responsibilities

To deliver results, clients agree to: provide accurate and complete role requirements and company information; give timely feedback on candidates and interviews; ensure that hiring requirements and workplace practices comply with applicable law; and keep their own systems and credentials secure. Delays in feedback or approvals may extend timelines, for which we are not responsible.

5. Candidates and personal data

Each party will handle candidate and personal data in line with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy. Unless agreed otherwise, the client acts as the controller of candidate data it receives and HiRush acts as a processor or independent controller for the data it collects directly, depending on the context. Candidates should be treated fairly and lawfully, and their information used only for genuine hiring purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s confidential information secret, use it only for the purposes of the engagement, and protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law — provided the legally required disclosure is limited to what is necessary.

7. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to: misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it; scrape content or data at scale; submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms; attempt unauthorised access; or use the website or our brand to send spam, malware or unsolicited communications. We may restrict access where misuse is suspected.

8. Intellectual property

The website — including its design, text, graphics, logos and photographs — is owned by or licensed to HiRush and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business reference; you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit them without our written permission. All trademarks and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners. Client-facing deliverables (candidate shortlists, reports, bespoke work product) are licensed to the client for their internal hiring use upon payment.

9. No guarantee of hiring outcomes

Recruitment involves judgment about third parties. While we commit to professional, diligent effort, we do not guarantee that any particular candidate will apply, accept an offer, or remain employed for any period. Statistics and examples on this website illustrate past performance and are not a promise of future results.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability — to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, HiRush’s total liability arising out of or related to the website or services will not exceed the total fees paid by you to HiRush in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HiRush harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or your unlawful handling of candidate or personal data — except to the extent caused by our own breach.

12. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. For services, termination follows the notice period in your agreement; fees accrued up to the termination date remain payable, and either party’s confidentiality obligations survive. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity) will survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HiRush is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. The specific governing law and venue for a client engagement will be stated in the applicable agreement.

14. Changes and contact
