Privacy Policy.

Last updated October 2026. This policy explains what personal information HiRush collects through this website and through our recruitment services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

HiRush provides recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), dedicated sourcing, recruiting and offshore workforce solutions to businesses. In this policy, "HiRush", "we", "us" and "our" refer to our company and its team. Where we mention "you", we mean visitors to this website, people who contact us through our forms, and clients and candidates we work with.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us — through the forms on this website:

  • Contact & enquiry form: full name, job title, company name, work email, phone number, hiring geography, approximate number of active roles, what you are looking for help with, and your preferred next step.
  • “Schedule a Demo” form: full name, work email and company name.
  • As a client or candidate: information you share during an engagement, such as role requirements, CVs, employment history, interview feedback and correspondence.

Information collected automatically — our website is hosted on Netlify, which automatically receives standard technical information (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time of visit) for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Our site does not use advertising or analytics cookies; see our Cookie Settings for details.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry or demo request and arrange a consultation.
  • To scope, deliver and manage recruitment engagements (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reporting).
  • To introduce candidates to clients as part of an agreed search.
  • To send occasional service-related updates you have requested.
  • To maintain the security, performance and integrity of this website.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. How your form submissions are delivered

Forms on this website are processed and delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service (api.web3forms.com). When you submit a form, your details are transmitted through their service to our team. We share only the fields you fill in, and we use this service solely to receive and respond to your message.

The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) and photographs from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com). These providers receive your IP address as part of delivering those resources; they do not receive your form data.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where data-protection law applies (for example GDPR or UK GDPR), we rely on: your consent when you submit a form; performance of a contract when you engage our services; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our business and website; and legal obligations where the law requires us to retain or disclose information.

6. When we share information

  • Clients: candidate profiles and related information, as part of an agreed recruitment process.
  • Candidates: role details and, with your direction, your application materials.
  • Service providers: hosting, form delivery and similar infrastructure providers acting on our instructions.
  • Legal & safety: where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

Because we provide offshore recruitment teams, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and follow up — typically up to 24 months after your last interaction — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client and candidate records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet contractual, legal and record-keeping requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information — including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS) and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data proportionate to its sensitivity.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your personal information; to object to processing or withdraw consent; to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of California and similar jurisdictions may have rights to know and delete certain information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under such laws.

To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form on our Contact page and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10. Children’s privacy

This website and our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page where practical.

12. Contact us

Questions about this policy or your information? The quickest way to reach us is the contact form on our Contact page — a recruitment expert will get back to you within 24 hours.
